Getting Started:

1) Click on this link:

2) Check the system requirements and frequently asked questions.
3) Install the download manager. This one-time requirement takes 2 to 4 minutes. (The download manager automatically detects any necessary Player upgrades and will aid in their installation.)
4) Choose your program from the Channel Guide, and follow the instructions to log on and download.
5) The video title is then added to the "My Downloads" play list; it will begin to download within a few minutes. Click on the "Play" button to begin watching your program while the download completes. (Note: Varying speeds of broadband can cause buffering. If this occurs, simply pause viewing and allow the program to finish downloading.)
6) To re-open your downloads, go to the Start menu and choose Programs, PermissionTV, Cora J. Belden Library.
