Although most of the work does not impact day-to-day operations of the library, there will be some inconveniences:

Beginning May 26, the handicapped ramp will be replaced. (Patrons needing the ramp are urged to call for alternate accommodations.)
From June 15 through 28, the library will be closed for the pouring of cement for the entry stairs. (This work is weather dependent, so the timing of our re-opening may change.)
Beginning June 29, the library will reopen, with limited hours and an alternate entrance. Our hours during this time are: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, 10-7; Friday, 10-5; Saturday, 10-1. (We will be closed 7/3 through 7/5 for the July 4th holiday.) The alternate entrance is located on the North side of the building, but there is no handicapped ramp. Please follow the signs to this entrance, and call ahead if you require alternate accommodations.
When the front entrance is completed, we will revert to our regular summer hours.
